![Interactive Design](images/IAD-book.gif)
So how exactly do you learn about your users? What about them do you need to know? How do you communicate what you learn about them to your clients? And ultimately how do you use that information to make choices?

Personas
![Interactive Design](images/IAD-book.gif)
A good persona can - and should - be used throughout the life span of a project. Reference your persona in the wireframes and designs and talk about them in meetings and presentations. Give life to your personas and you'll end up designing a great experience for the people they represent. [Dan Willig] [p. 61]
