We've just finished our library website redesign last week; we've been planning and developing it for the past year and a half. I'd love to share our process for the project and the tools and techniques we found helpful along the way.
I can incorporate some additional info about our digital collections UI. In the past year, we've used some remote & unmoderated usability testing techniques there that were a helpful addition to our toolkit.
