In your group, generate 3-4 criterion statements that you collectively believe would be important in assessing the needs statement, goal and objectives section of a proposal.

When you have finished (allow 15 minutes -- we'll time it on the LEEP clock), return to the classroom and write the name of your group and your criteria on the Chalk Board (see example).
