Do a single level sort

  1. Sort only the data rows on the 08-Single Level Sort worksheet by Population Estimate as of July 1 - 2016.
  2. Have the sort display from smallest to the largest.

Do a multi-level sort

  1. Sort only the data rows on the 09-Two Level Sort worksheet
  2. first by German Champion from largest to smallest,
  3. and then by Level from smallest to largest.

The key here is to add a second sort to the dialog box. Don't do a single level sort twice.

It will sort first by the German Champion column, and then, when it finds a duplicate value in the German Champion column, it will sort the duplicate Level values from smallest to largest before going on to the subsequent German Champion value.
