It should be noted that each individual’s body and learning style is different. Should the users find any of the sources not appropriate for them, they are encouraged to try other materials available in UNC libraries.

What's inside: each issue contains several in-depth feature stories on yoga, food and nutrition, fitness, wellness, and fashion and beauty; also comes with a great website www.yogajournal.com, a free online space to explore yoga and other aspects of living a healthy life
Audience: anyone who likes both popular magazines and yoga

2. International Yoga Guide. Miami: Yoga Research Foundation, 1981-(monthly).

What's inside: more religion focused; Hindu religion, yoga philosophy; instructions on postures and meditation

Audience: anyone who likes both popular magazines and yoga
