Using campus-wide surveys and in-depth interviews, the MDUD project
staff have identified frequently asked questions regarding email
and electronic file management on the campuses of UNC Chapel Hill
and Duke University.
The FAQs presented on this website attempt to answer these common
questions and provide suggestions for more efficient management
of email and electronic records.
