Group Exercise -- Compare Notes -- Teams and Individuals within each Group

  • Academic Library Group to Room F (Julie, Marc, Georgiana, Kristina)
  • Public Library and School Outreach Group to Room G (Traci, Kara, Lindsey, Cherie', Bryan)
  • Special Group to Room H (Carolyn, Scott, Andy, Dale)
  • Visitor Group to Room I (Visitors from Section 1)

In your group, take turns describing your approach to the past couple of assignments, what you found most difficult, where you are uncertain, whether or not your colleagues might be able to help you. Examine the rating criteria provided for the evaluation and dissemination assessment and consider whether they are what you think reviewers will be looking at. Find a volunteer to summarize the key points of your discussion (remember they will have to be written so keep them few and short.

When you have finished (allow 15 minutes -- we'll time it on the LEEP clock), return to the classroom and go to the Chalkboard, hit the pink "Add Comments" button, then write the name of your group and your comments on the Chalk Board (see example on Chalkboard from last audio session).
