1.        Buffalo — Full degree values are for students going full-time.

2.        California – Los Angeles — Cost is not broken down per unit.  Student pays per quarter.

3.        Dalhousie — Cost per year of a a two year degree:  $5,751 for In-state/province; $9,651 for Out-of-state/province.

4.        Illinois — Based on one year of study:  fall, spring, summer terms I and II.

5.        Kentucky — During fall and spring semesters, a graduate student may take as few as 9 credits or as many as 15 credit hours and pay the one amount of tuition and fees for full-time enrollment.  For fall 2001 and 2002 the amount is $2,037.25 for in-state residents and $5,647.25 for out-of-state residents.  During the 2 summer terms combined, a graduate student may take as many as 12 credit hours, which the student does who wishes to complete the 36-credit hour program in 12 months.  Tuition is $1,582 for in-state residents and $4,630 for out-of-state residents.

6.        McGill — For international students:  One credit costs $275.61 Cdn.  Full degree costs $13,330 Cdn.

7.        San Jose — A range of values were reported, depending on the number of courses taken each semester and where those courses are taken.  The lower value in the range was reported here.  For In-state/province, full degree ranges from $5,100 to $9.030, and one credit ranges from $83 to $215.  For Out-of-state/province, one credit ranges from $215 to $246.

8.        Wisconsin – Madison — Full-degree cost for Minnesota residents is $11,972.

11.     Excludes California – Los Angeles and North Texas.
