In consultation with UNC-CH's Center for Teaching and Learning (CTL), development of classroom workshops on e-mail management and desktop management. CTL helps departments and researchers with such tasks as part of their mission on campus. It is not clear at this time how many separate workshops will be necessary or what their configuration will be. Holt, Winget, Pyatt, Tibbo, & Holder
