We are going to discuss international scholarly communications
To prepare yourselves, do the following
- pick a scholarly journal that is important to your area of interest
- pick three issues from that journal, published in the last ten years
- identify any authors from non-US universities who have published articles in those issues
- identify any non-US topics being discussed in the articles in those issues (without regard to the authors)
Be prepared to discuss your findings in class on 14 October
