·          Hawaii requires 9 hours plus 1 credit seminar each semester student is enrolled and 1 credit dissertation research until complete.

·          Pratt requires 12 hours for students entering Fall 2002 and 18 hours for those entering prior to Fall 2002.

·          Rutgers reports that master’s students are required to take 9 credits in Lead Courses and a minimum of 15 credits in a combination of Lead Courses and Central Courses.  Educational Media students have 33 required credits.
