a feasibility study
building on existing resources through improved co-ordination, technological infrastructure, training, and resource sharing
Health Canada to provide leadership and to partner with other organizations
Principal areas of activity:
equitable access to print and electronic sources
collaboration with CISTI, academic institutions, and health care organizations
broad access to electronic databases and information services
attention to and application of new technologies
critical appraisal and dissemination of health care knowledge
