2. User Needs assessment.
1. within the context of the LUCID or other system analysis development models, there is a step to understand users
2. a user-centered design process focuses on the users first. Thus in the case of LUCID, the ‘vision’ is driven by user needs rather than designer or corporate vision….note the difficulty here as she who pays may not be she who controls
