                          a. What metadata schems and procedures are in place in your agency?
                          b. How best can these schemes and procedures be coordinated across agencies?
                          c. How can we measure progress?

11:15 - 12:00    User help
                         a. How can we move toward implementing glossary, animations, etc. in agencies?
                             i. What are the challenges of putting up glossary entries in agencies? E.g., do agencies want all statistical
                                definitions on their site or only definitions specific to their agency?
                            ii. What other kinds of problems do you see that help tools could/should address?
                         b. How can we evaluate effectiveness? How do agencies now measure effectiveness?
