Evans & Tibbo will develop, pre-test, revise and administer a questionnaire concerning e-mail and desktop management practices to a sample of UNC-CH faculty, administrators, and staff. (See Appendix F: Pilot Study Survey.)

Subsequent to the survey they will interview a sample of UNC-CH employees for more in-depth data and an analysis of the types of desktop applications used and desktop organizing practices (See Appendix G: Draft Pilot Study Interview Protocol.)
