NAIC Online. A lot of background information about the National Association for Investors Corporation. Has a search engine on the site. Information about forming a club, stock study, computer services, and the like available at IClub Central; Tools for Investors and Investment Clubs.
Big Charts. Lets you track a stock over a one day or a decade. Lots of sophisticated charting tools. Lets you compare stock price to one of major indexes or to another stock over time. Links to Multex Reports, Zacks, Hoover Reports, and EDGAR. Fun to use if you have time but a bit slow to load with all the pretty charts.
Market Watch. News, portfolios, stock quotes, charts, tax guide, an investor's primer, links to Big Charts (see above), etc. Another very complete and up-to-the minute site.

An indexed alphabetical list that seems very comprehensive -- lots of web
sites on all aspects of finance. Scroll down to the stock area for useful

Advice to the investor and tips for managing a portfolio. Calculators and
tools. Has "Investing REsources for Kids" and a homeowners' tax guide.
MSN. Money. A news site from Microsoft about investments. Contains all the same stock quotes, market reports, stock screeners and news plus a column from Bob & Ray.

Owned by Lycos, this site is one of the largest Internet providers of
stock information. Free services include stock news, charts, the
opportunities to create a portfolio, and the like.
The Motley Fool. According to the company's information, "The Fool exists to educate, amuse, and enrich the individual investor; to prove to you that the best person to manage your money is YOU; to propose that the key to investment success is doing one's homework; and to show that 'homework' can be fun." Lots here to keep you occupied.
The Street.com. Scrolls up-to-the-minute volume and price information for the major indexes. News articles and columns. Some services are by subscription only. Opportunity to trade online.
Wall Street Journal Interactive A subscription service. Some call it the single best financial site on the Internet. You can get a free 2 week trial
Waterhouse Securities
One of the many online brokers. Happens to be the one BHIC currently
uses.
Yahoo Finance. This page provides up to the minute values for stocks listed on the Dow, S&P, NASDAQ, etc. Several options for format are offered. Contains links to current information on US indices as well as world markets and currency exchange rates. Personal Finance tools plus educational material, message boards and chat rooms. I like it as a good starting point for quick updates. It could be your one-stop shopping choice as well.
Zacks' Investment Research. A much-linked site with free and subscriber services. Tracks the number of brokers recommending a particular stock among other things. Includes the Bull of the Day.
