For the final milestone, I'd like you to develop a research question, research plan, and complete it using Python. The intent of this milestone is to combine the skills you've learned so far - expect to retrieve data from the web, use dataframes to manipulate and analyze it, and present it with a visualization.
For this assignment, you will develop a research plan with three components. This is a written document that explains the following:
This file should be delivered as a PDF or word document uploaded to the assignment in Canvas. If I would like any clarification, I will reach out via Canvas to discuss and/or schedule office hours to help you finalize your question.
You will be assigned a 10 minute window on either 12/02 or 12/04 to discuss this plan with me and finalize it.
For the final milestone, you will conduct the analysis to attempt to answer your research question using Python. You are not being graded on the analysis itself or your results (or lack thereof), you are being graded on your use of Python. Your final deliverable should consist of a Python script or Jupyter notebook, any resulting artifacts (visualizations and/or data files), and a README.md file explaining your analysis.
Create a zipped archive named onyen_milestone_02.zip that contains all of the above and upload it to Canvas.
