Assignment 03: Tar! Heels!

Acceptance Criteria

Carolina is experimenting with a new university fight song that's mathematically driven. They'd like the song to be 100 lines long. Each line should have the following characteristics:

• If the number of the line is divisible by 3, the line should include the word TAR!
• If the number of the line is divisible by 5, the line should include the word HEELS!
• If the number of the line is divisible by both, it should instead say TAR HEELS!
• Otherwise, it should just say the line number. Please make sure to include an exclamation point (!), so people know to yell this line too.

We don't have a ton of resources to spare, so please make this as efficient as possible. The output should look exactly like this:
