Follow that up with a read of Key Components of Organizational Leadership. See if you can agree with this definition.
It is often the case that people don’t want to be leaders for fear of rejection. Leaders are able to rise above this natural fear and lead by the example of adding value to an organization. Managers and leaders are not the same. Leaders possess strategic thinking and not only an understanding of the vision of an organization, but also the ability to effectively carry out and communicate that vision.
Good leaders make people feel that they're at the very heart of things, not at the periphery. Everyone feels that he or she makes a difference to the success of the organization. When that happens people feel centered and that gives their work meaning.
Leadership is the art of getting someone else to do something you want done because he wants to do it.
You all will have some points to make as you discuss why you chose one or the other TED talk
