Project Part 3: Draft Report

Outline of the Report

Introduction: Why is this an important system requiring usability evaluation?
Target User Group: Who is the user group? Define in terms of age, educational background, clinical experience, frequency of use of the system, and impact on work/health.
Major system functions examined:What is the typical workflow and use context? Provide one or two scenarios.
Data collections method:What data will be collected? Quantitative and qualitative data categories/variables. How do you plan to collect data? Number of subjects, means of capturing data (screen capture?), verbal protocol/interviews, expert walkthroughs.
Results:Show the major findings based on graphs and charts (summarized data) and provide brief explanations.
Discussions and conclusions: What are the strengths (at least three) and weaknesses (at least three) of the system you evaluated based on your data and observations?
Appendix: Screen shots of the system; tasks or questions used in the usability; any additional data
