Information Technology Advisory Board (ITAB) - about 20 senior managers of state information technology organizations and representatives of private industry and local units of government, who function as a technical resource for the Executive Branch CITO
Information Technology Executive Council (ITEC) - responsible for approval of information technology policies, project management procedures, the Kansas Statewide Technical Architecture (KSTA) and the Strategic Information Management (SIM) plan
Internet Task Force (ITASK) - promotes the development and coordination of policies, procedures and best practices for the application of the Internet for the exchange of information and services with external customers, and internal governmental organizations and personnel
Kansas Association of Counties (KAC) - quasi-public agency that, as an instrumentality of its 105 member counties, serves county governments through legislative representation, technical assistance, and leadership and professional education
Kansas Information Technology Office (KITO) - responsible for developing policies, architecture, and methodologies to be used for monitoring agency IT activities. Data is reviewed and analyzed by KITO and reports are generated for further review or action by the CITO, CITA, and the ITEC.
Kansas Technical Architecture Review Board (KTARB) - evaluates agency requests for waivers, analyzes projects referred to it to determine Kansas Statewide Technical Architecture (KSTA) compliance, and makes recommendations to the Information Technology Executive Council on changes and extensions to the KSTA
State Records Board - oversees the permanent preservation of important state records and provides an orderly method for the disposition of other state records
