We are building an online open digital library (NeoRef) that supports open scholarly content, including open annotations. This project will investigate how to best incorporate annotations structures into the digital repository (using XLinks, Xpointer, WEBdav technologies), build the infrastructure, populate it (from projects with EPA and evolutionary biology) and then conduct user studies. Several papers including master's papers and possible disserations may result from the work on this project. The GRA position pays between $15,000 and $20,000 per year, depending on experience.
