Arizona Allows transfer of credits

British Columbia Accepts transfers

Catholic Allows transfer of
credit if the course is in the plan of study and was taken at the
graduate level.
Dalhousie and Toronto Accepts
courses
taken outside North America that are equivalent to Dalhousie
courses.
Emporia Students must
show transfer is
appropriate and helpful toward programs and taught by qualified
professor. Must be approved by the Dean.
Iowa Allows transfer of
limited number of courses from the
University of Northern Iowa.
Louisiana State Transfer
is not automatic and
requires a syllabi
Pittsburgh Accepts non-ALA courses
in the MLS program
only.
San Jose Accepts credit if
university is accredited by NCATE and the California Credential
program and courses are at the graduate level. Students must have
advisor's approval and then petition the Graduate Studies Office.
South Florida Courses
must be recent (within
last five years) and meet department approval.
Southern Mississippi Courses
must be approved by SLIS and the Graduate School.
Toronto Accepts non-ALA
courses.
Wisconsin Milwaukee Requires
approval from course
instructors and SLIS faculty council.
