Chat reference exercise:

In this exercise, you will ask questions to a chat reference service and experience the service yourself. Each student selects a service from the list below, initiates a chat session, and asks questions related to both of your research topics. You have 15 minutes to chat with a librarian, and after that you will share with us how you think of your experience.
