A CONCEPTUAL PLAN FOR NORTH CAROLINA’S MOUNTAINS-TO-SEA TRAIL – FALLS LAKE DAM TO CEDAR ISLAND

William G. Ross, Jr., Secretary of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources is very pleased to release “A Conceptual Plan For North Carolina’s Mountains-To-Sea Trail – Falls Lake Dam To Cedar Island” for public review.

Secretary Ross is hopeful that this plan will serve as a guide for local governments, volunteers and state agencies in acquiring, developing and managing segments of North Carolina’s Mountains-to-Sea Trail through Eastern North Carolina.
