• jEdit: http://jedit.org. Free, cross-platform text editor with plugins for XML and XSLT.
• <oXygen/>: http://oxygenxml.com. Payware, but excellent and reasonably priced XML editor.
• Trang: http://www.thaiopensource.com/relaxng/trang.html. Converts between different XML schema languages.
• Saxon: http://saxon.sourceforge.net/. Java XSLT 2.0 processor.
