Abstract to the Listserv

Sent abstract after 10 PM on the day before class. Abstract has no discernable relation to the paper, and was shorter than 200 words.

Sent abstract to the listserv after noon the day before class, but before 10 PM. Abstract gave some idea of what the paper was about, and was approximately 500 words.

Sent abstract before noon the day before class. Abstract was well written and thought provoking. It gave a succinct explanation of the paper's major themes and issues.
