Info value and econ value may be related but are not mutually dependent; info wealth is in eye of beholder

Intelligence is not how much info you have but what you do with the info you’ve got

MPACT as alternative/augmentation of citation impact

Use more than one citation database, look at more than one article to learn about CA

How do we help info poor become info rich? [assumes they want to]

Should we not think of a person’s info usefulness on a situational basis?
