1.   Michigan ¾ Student funding package for those enrolled in Fall 2002.  That is the package in total they have received from their beginning date through AY 2002-2003.

2.   Five schools that reported enrollment for the doctoral degree did not report any assistantship information for that degree.  Schools not reported are:  Arizona, Montréal, Pittsburgh, Simmons, and Texas Woman’s.  It is likely that the non-report reflects no aid awarded rather than a misreporting of data.  Consequently, if this is the case, the mean figures for aid at the doctoral level would be very different.
