They are: Alabama, Albany, British Columbia, Buffalo, California – Los Angeles, Catholic, Clarion, Drexel, Hawaii, Indiana, Kent State, Louisiana State, North Texas, Oklahoma, Pittsburgh, Queens, Rhode Island, St. John’s, South Carolina, Southern Connecticut, Southern Mississippi, Wayne State, and Wisconsin – Madison. It is likely that the non-report reflects no aid awarded rather than non-reported. Consequently, if that was the case, the mean figures for aid at the "Post-Master’s" level would be very different.
