President

Nathaniel King is a second year SILS student with an interest in special libraries and academic libraries. He is a Library Intern at Duke University and works in public services at Davis Library and the Undergraduate Library at UNC Chapel Hill

Vice President

Jen Klaudinyi is launching head first into her second SILS year with a healthy mix of anxiety, joy and anticipation. She is looking forward to ALA Midwinter in Denver (what could be better than professional networking AND winter sports!). She works at Davis Reference, House Undergraduate Library Reference, and will begin teaching library instruction courses in the fall. She is also helping Pam Sessoms implement a cool virtual library reference tool. When she grows up, she'd like to be some sort of reference / instruction / outreach empress in an academic setting.

Secretary

Sarah Everhart is a second year SILS student interested in reference and instruction services in academic libraries. She works in public services at UNC's Undergraduate Library and Wilson Library. When she is not librarianing, she enjoys baking, cold-weather sports, and travel.

Treasurer

Katherine Kemp is beginning her second year at SILS with an interest in many aspects of library science. Besides handling money, she is a reference assistant at Davis library, an intern at the EPA library and a part of the Dewey Decimators. In her free time, she enjoys swimming or playing tennis, reading, and watching anything on her DVR.

Webmaster

Dan Koster is a second year SILS student with an IS background, pursuing an LS degree. He is a research assistant on the Virtual Museum project in the Carolina Digital Library and Archives and North Carolina Collection. He has a moldy old website full of old art & web stuff, and a shiny new website about Net.Art
